Product Description

FRP angle is one kind of FRP profiles reinforced plastic products with uniform cross section.The material we use includes Non-alkali pultrusion dedicated yarn, Non-alkali knitting felt, Pultrusion dedicated unsaturated polyester resin and filling.The channels are formed continuously after being heated by high temperature. It is widely used as the ladder material and the structural support beam when making the work platform.

Production Process

Production process is a continuous production process to produce fiberreinforced polymer profiles of any length and constant section. Reinforcement fibers may be roving, continuous mat, woven roving,carbon or others.
The fibers are impregnated with a polymer matrix (resin, minerals, pigments, additives) and passed through a preforming station that produces the stratification necessary to give the profile the desired properties. After the pre-forming step, the
resin-impregnated fibers are pulled through a heated die to polymerize the resin.
